Where has my V collection X gone to?

Ater instalig FX collection 5, suddenly my V collection X disapeared from _my products and out of my software centre , WTF is happening here ? i Hoped everything would be ok now after spending more than 1500 euro on an Arturia keyboard and software, but clearly not . this is very frustrating to say at least.

Are you saying that your V-Collection is gone from your Arturia account, when you log into your account on Arturias website?
If that’s the case i suggest you contact Arturia support through your account.

Or are you saying your v-collection is gone from your Arturia Software Center only? In this case i can suggest you carefully try this first:

The problem is in the registration at Arturia, registred last saturday , everything worked fine, until the moment i installled FX 5 on monday, the registration for V collection X was just gone, not anymore on the website not on the installer , and all the device switched back to demo. (Only FX5 is still working) i have contacted Arturia support and will come back here if have have more news.

i am working on windows 11 , processor AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D , 80GB DDR4 , , DAW is Bitwig 5.3, midi controllers is the Arturia keylab 88 MK3, use chrome and edge as browser.

I’m not sure i understand. If it’s not the product but only the activation of the product that’s gone, then you should be able to re-activate the product. Still strange, if the activation is gone.
My suggestion to try to reinstall ASC like in the link i posted stand.
Let’s hear what Arturia support say.

Just to add to @LBH always sage advice, i would dig out any registration confirmation emails/receipts etc too.
It’s EXTREMELY strange that they, as i understand your post, are also not showing in your Arturia account either.

ok mystery solved, i got scamed by the seller of the key, the rightous owner asked 2 days ago reentry of his code (probably he was hacked ), hat is the reason code worked for 2 days and was revoked later. well my lesson learned , do not buy used keys from people you do not know. Tbh i did not know it was a used key , sadly these lessons are not always cheap. thank you all for your time to help me.
