Where do I adjust pitch wheel amount in V Collection instruments?

I like the lap steel patch on the Wurlitzer but I want to adjust my pitch bend wheel to take it up a full octave. I don’t see pitch bend up or down listed when I click + for additional controls list in MIDI config.

Where should I be looking?

That depend on the individual instrument. You can’t set any Pitch Bend range in the Wurli applications.
