I open a plugin and I see a login screen + “Can’t communicate with Arturia servers” message, altho it goes away after a short time. Is that normal? This didn’t happen before
To clarify, I don’t actually have to login or enter my details, the screen pops up for a lil bit when opening the plugin and then goes away. The plugins seem ok otherwise, just wanted to know if others have the same problem
No, if your licences are ok then i’d leave alone at the moment.
Could you list your CPU type/speed, RAM and what type of system disc you have too please?
If you’re not sure, just type ‘system information’ into the taskbar search, hit return and you should be presented with a screen something like this… I’ve highlighted the relevant bits for you.
The CPU type/speed, RAM and Disc are particularly relevant though.

So just in case anyone else has the same problem I contacted support and I managed to solve this by deactivating my licenses on the ASC and then reactivating
