Anybody else out there get notified from their Virus SW that the Shipwreck Detective sound bank installer (.exe) has malware (W32.Malware.Gen, according to Webroot Endpoint Protection)?

If you purchased the pack from The Arturia store then it’s likely to be a false positive, if purchased from elsewhere then i can’t comment on that.

such kind of triggers could be if exe was compiled with some open-source compilers or was unsigned. Some such compilers is used to compile actual bad programs. So such compilers and everything they compile could be treated as source of harm even it doesn’t contain anything bad.
