Share your presets & playlists for Patch Storage

Hi everyone!

We’re going to create Arturia platforms on patchstorage.com to offer you a more dynamic place to share sounds, discover presets and connect with the community.

We’ll start with:

  • AstroLab
  • Pigments
  • MicroFreak
  • MiniFreak
  • PolyBrute

To launch each platform, we need at least 5 submissions for each one.

If you’d like us to use your sounds, please reply here with:

  • a download link (please only use a trusted provider like Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer)
  • your name / artist name
  • the relevant product
  • the submission title

Please make sure the files are clearly named and include the relevant metadata so we can credit you correctly.

Also, we highly encourage you to create an account over there so that you can join the platforms when they’re up and running! :slightly_smiling_face:

Can I clarify something.

When you say Astrolab, do you mean Analog Lab patches?

If so, that could include any instrument. Or, are you specifically referring to multi patches?

Hi Larry,

I had a listen through your Analog Lab presets, and while there are fun and creative sounds in there, stylistically they don’t really align with the types of content Arturia is looking to develop.

however I’m sure many people would be happy to discover your work through community sharing, which is exactly what the PatchStorage space is intended for. I’ll let you know here once I’ve opened that space.

Thanks for the feedback Lily. Could you share the type of content Arturia is looking to develop? Whilst I am always going to do my own thing, I, and possibly others, would be interested to know which direction you see sound design going.

The type of content we’re looking for is exactly what is contained in our latest products, so if you listen to VC11, the latest Pigments banks, and latest soundbanks, you’ll get an idea of the quality and artistic directions we’re looking for.

Thanks Lily. They are not the direction I am going in. As you said - I lean more towards the fun and creative. As a sound designer, I never use any of the Factory or third party patches and create all my own from a default patch. All of my own music is based around my patches. I guess I am on the fringes - but that suits me :wink:
