I have asked for a solution to this problem several times with no result. Each time after an upgrade gets installed or after I visit the ASC, the next time I start any synth I have to give in my email and password. Does anyone else have this problem? Or know a solution?
@LBH can you also assist with a couple issues? I haven’t been able to get Arturia support to respond to a request to transfer a license I purchased from somebody else. The appropriate details were submitted to the registrations support mailbox as well as through a ticket. Also, I am a new user to this forum and I have no options to create any new threads (thus my reply here). Thanks in advance!

If you have posted evidence you own the products, then Arturia normally can help. Arturia need to be sure the previous owner have sold you the products. Perhaps it can take a little time. How long time is it since you contacted Arturia support? if it’s a long time i can try to get Arturias attention to this post. But you can also try to create a new topic.
You should be able to create topics.
If you click on a product forum, then at the top right on the page for that product a “+ New Topic” should appear.
