Ordere V-Collection update, got charged, got confirmation Email but no software

Hi there,
Yesterday I ordered my V-Collection upgrade from 10 to 11.
I got my order/payment confirmation but nothing after that. My bank account however was charged.
No confirmation in my Arturia account and obviously no upgrade. I contacted support but no answer yet.

Maybe someone from Arturia is here and can help me…

when I ordered software from Arturia. I get an email and payment but it takes sometimes an hour for the actual software to link up inside my Arturia account. also check the emails that you did receive as I have gotten them giving the serial number and access code too before it links inside the account.

it can be the case of internet cloud proxy delay. so its processed on Arturia end but depending on where in the world you are, it the internet proxy service providers that haven’t updated the link. (the way the internet works to allow for the volume of people connecting to the internet).

Hmmm. It’s been 24 hours now and nothing yet except the one email. I was hoping to use it by now.

Does’nt your upgrade show up to install in your Arturia Software Center (ASC)?

We are a right pair then. You’ve paid for instruments and haven’t got them. I got the instruments but waiting on Arturia to figure out how to replace the midi controller still under warranty but considered obsolete and unsupported so I can’t play them.

My midi controller issue was fixed. its the sad part of the instant world we live in, that stuff happens some times that doesn’t go quite right and it takes a few steps to get it back on track, I am sure that Arturia will resolve it

funny enough a similar thing just happened to me I purchased the new mix drums and some sounds banks I got charged and there was no plugin in my account, I received the order confirmation email but that’s it now I’m in limbo

No, only my older Plugs show up (like older V-Collections, FX Collections and Pigments) except the newest V-Collection). Payment was taken out of my account.

So it seems I’m not the only one. Bothers me since I’m a huge JP-8000 fan. Never had this problem before…

I can’t tell, if Arturia have sever issues today.
I have to suggest you contact Arturia support through your account.
I suggest anyone with issues like this to contact Arturia support.

You should at least be able to install the instruments through ASC and run them in Demo mode. Then Activate them when things are in order.
Products not owned yet should show up in the Explore Products view in ASC.

ive messaged them I guess we’ll see when there is an update
