No Soundbanks

I keep getting an error message ((Important files are missing. Please reinstall the Arturia Software Center). I have reinstalled it multiple time, but that didn’t help. I went in and deleted db.db3 and that didn’t help either. None of my presets or sound banks are available.

Has anyone found a fix for this?

Yes but perhaps you did’nt resinstall like described in the FAQ i linked to. Like removing the ArturiaSC folder and do things in a certain way.

I assume it cann be a activation issue local or none local.
I assume you have not removed any files from your preset folder after you have installed the Soundpacks. But perhaps downloading the soundpacks from your Arturia account and installing them again can help, if the ASC reinstall does’nt help.

But yes contact Arturia support, if the issue persist.
