Yes I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No luck here, that’s great to know it’s working in some cases, but in my case it’s not. Is there any other information from Arturia that can help describe a solution for this ?
Is there a way to clean a pref’s file or any other idea’s ? This is the first time I’ve ever had anything like this happen in the many years I’ve used Analog Lab. Has Arturia commented anywhere regarding this bug, officially ?
I assume you do have the presets in you ASC browsers but no sound, when you select them. If not then i suggest you delete the db.db3 file in your main preset folder:
I assume you mean you have reinstalled using the manual method in the link i provided.

- Correct, presets are all there, yet no sound.
- Yes correct, I’ve uninstalled , manually.
- Yes I cleaned pref’s for V Collection.
- I then uninstalled, reinstalled Jun-6V
Same results, it will not work in Analog Lab, yet in standalone or vstplugin. JUN-V6 works fine.
I’m now very confused on what to think. I’ve never had any issues like this before

If you have done all that for Analog Lab as well, and also tried to delete the db.db3 file just in case, then you have to try to get this investigated by Arturia support.
There must be a reason why you have this issue. But perhaps it’s not easy to locate the issue.

Yes I’ve even deleted the db.db3. file, so I will now contact Arturia tech support, thanks…
