I know the password
But in a lot of cases, when a password is required and no one mention it to you, it’s probably that you shouldn’t access this panel.
It is very useless for you to open the Diagnosis panel if you do not have anything to diagnose. Our support team is supplying the password to users with hardware issues to be investigated.
And we use this panel for some other topics that you shouldn’t care about.
Don’t think about it, you will get the password if you get the needs to have it.

Hello… i need the password because i bought the keylab essential 88 mk3 today… and everything is working accept the keyboard… i am furstated… i have tried everything… everything is updated and on the place… every knob is working but the keys are not working whats the issue… also in Midi control center, whenever i play a key the data isnt shown, but whenever i press any knob or anything other than key it works… but keys arent working at all please help

I’m sorry you encountered such issue.
Please first contact our support team.
They will give you the password to diagnose the controller if there is a need to do so.
In a lot of situations, the support team is able to fix your problem without even opening the MCC diagnosis.
