I am looking for a General Midi Set or something like that which gives you the classic bread and butter acoustic instruments. I know that the focus of Analog Lab is on 70s synths, but what about for example a Stratocaster Guitar Preset or things like that. Just the normal stuff. I am not looking for Ambient Guitars or Sounds or things like that.

I would have to disagree. I think the focus of Analog Lab is a lot broader than 70s synths.
I suspect all the bread and butter sounds are there, you just need to look for them. There are also paid for patch collections which may be worth investigating. Two in particular may have the Stratocaster you seek: “Dark Cinematic Guitars” and “Guitar Deconstructed”. They are even on sale now
