I’ve been a user of “iSEM” app on the ipad since 2018 and can’t even think of using the ipad for my mobile sound projects without it. But I’ve noticed something:
- Since upgrading to iPadOS26 I don’t see “iSEM” available
- iSEM doesn’t even import/export presets that you can use with the desktop version of SEM V - sadly
- The only app on the iPad app store right now is the Astrolab companion app - which is frankly, a buggy mess and horrible to use
I would like to know why Arturia does not see a market to port or continue their fantastic software onto the Apple iPad ecosystem. Frankly, a release of the V collection on the iPad would be an absolute game changer compared to what Moog and Korg have already established in this area. Arturia would be an amazing addition and I would immediately buy the whole synth package over again, if necessary.
What does the rest of the community think about this?
