EFX Motions part of FX Collection 4?

if I do an upgrade from FXC 3 to FXC 4 - is the new effect Efx_Motions part of the bundle?

As of today, according to the relevant page on the Arturia website, it is not included i’m afraid… https://www.arturia.com/products/software-effects/fx-collection/details

I can confirm, I own FX Collection 4 and EFX_Motions was released some months afterward and is not included. I would imagine there will be a small number of additional, cool plugins released, and then Arturia will release an FX Collection 5 to tempt upgraders!
