Crashing on open on two Macs

New to Arturia and the inevitable need to use MCC.
After getting to grips to just finding the download link to MCC I’ve now installed it on the two Macs on hand and it’s crashing on opening. They both are running MacOS 14.2.1 but one is a M1 Ultra and the other i9 MBP.
Have tried running in a Win11 VM with USB passthrough and don’t have much luck there.
Any pointers would be appreciated.

If this is the only thing crashing, I would start by uninstalling and reinstalling MCC via the ASC.

I am running the latest MCC on a Mac Mini M2 - Sonoma 14.2. I will be installing 14.2.1 tomorrow, so will see if it breaks things.

HI @lotech and welcome to The Sound Explorers Forum.

Have you tried as @Funtmaster suggests?

Ah. Ok MCC wasn’t showing up on the initial install of ASC so I downloaded via the website - which is a really old version - note to Arturia - there a old links lurking on pages of your support documents! Somehow I downloaded a copy of MCC 1.1.
With the broken MCC installed - it now turns up in ASC - and offers an update - which I’ve installed and works fine now.

Hello.

Nice to see that everything have been solved on your side.

If you can give me te link of the webpage where you have found the old MCC version, I will be happy to report that to our WebDev team in order to fix that.

Cheers !

EDIT: I think I spotted it. That’s fixed now. You shouldn’t be able to find this old MCC anymore and if you do, please tell me where and I will make sure that we will remove it.
Thanks for your report.
