since updating MCC to the current version 1.23, it always crashes when it is connected to my MatrixBrute. This happens either when I close the app while being connected to the MatrixBrute, or if I try to switch to another connected Arturia device like my Keylab.
I have reinstalled the older version 1.22, and this works fine again, so it must be something that has been introduced with version 1.23.
HI @stanft and thanks for your post.
It does sound like it might be a bug, so i’ve just tweaked your title so The Arturia Devs are more likely to see it.
Just wanted to let you know about my Mac M4 experience under latest Sequoia and latest MCC.
Sudden and unexpected crashes. no rule, seems pretty random.
No matter if a device is connected or even powered on.
I have an old Keystep, Beatstep, Keylab MK2 .
I have reinstalled a fresh version and noticed that MCC is still INTEL only ?!? There is also no “force Rosetta” in file info dialog. I recently had to switch from iMac INTEL to M4 and I did not expect to find this utililty is INTEL only?! I mean, we have July 2026 !
By the way, here is the beginning of the CRASH log:
