When using my KeyLab 88 MkII with Analog Lab V in Analog Lab mode, if I choose a preset with two parts, and then use either the Part 1 or Part 2 buttons on the KeyLab to access the knob and slider controls for that part, the layers are suddenly automatically split at C3, rather than staying layered as they are. I have to use the Live button and hit C3 to remove the split point.
Interestingly, when a preset has parts with partially overlapping layers, there’s no problem. The Part 1 and Part 2 buttons don’t mess with the split layers at all. This only happens with parts that are completely overlapping – in other words, the parts are both set to span the entire keyboard.
Ideally, when using the Part 1 or Part 2 buttons on the KeyLab, Analog Lab V should leave the split point/layer definition alone unless I do something to reset it.
