logic suddenly started crashing immediately whenever opening an Arturia VST. I’ve tried other VSTs and it’s not happening. Also I cant logic to the software center. I’m extremely frustrated right now because I was in the middle of mixing a project and now I cant even work on the project at all
I’m having trouble launching ASC, which is annoying but perhaps understandable given the interest in Pigments 6. It’s appalling, however, if it’s preventing the instruments from loading. I was able to launch Analog Lab standalone myself, although it was a bit of a slow startup. Similar launching the VST in Ableton Live. It hung for a minute and caused Live to consume high CPU but eventually loaded. The instruments/FX shouldn’t have any dependency on the network being up or servers being available!
I’m having issues with not seeing all my software when using Analog Lab Pro in MainStage. I went to ASC and its complete rubbish and not connecting. I’m dead in the water and I have a ton of instruments, banks and effects that seem sketchy and maybe a huge loss and unusable.
Hi, there was the new webstore inaugurated this week yes - it was a big change! And not only that but the Pigments 6 launch yesterday means that our servers are quite saturated. Give it another 24 hours and it should be working smoothly again
8 days later and it’s still not working.
hi what is not working? if there seems to be an issue like : VST is crashing your DAW session, or instrument are not opening properly or loading, then a clean installation is the best solution.
You’ve got 2 options:
- Via the Arturia Software Center
- Open & Login to the Arturia Software Center
- Option + Shift + D
- A pop-up will open, and you can choose to delete Resources, Presets and/or Samples from your plugin of choice. Then you can reinstall normally via the ASC.
- Manually delete the following files
- Windows - files to delete:
C://ProgramFiles/Vstplugins/file
C://ProgramFiles/Arturia/folder
C://ProgramFiles/CommonFiles/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/Arturia/folder
C://ProgramFiles/CommonFiles/VST3/file
C://ProgramData/Arturia/folder
- macOS - files to delete:
Applications/Arturia/app
Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/Arturia/file
Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/Service Center/file
Library/Arturia/folder
Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/file
(“file”, “folder” = your plugin of choice, which is causing issues)
Then, just re-install via the ASC, or the package installers on arturia.com in your account.
hope that helps
