32 bit or 64 bit?

Not sure what it is since its been ages since i installed on windows. I never took notice.
Just asking. Is MCC 32 bit or 64 bit ?

Thanks,

Hi @Iggy ,

It’s located in the 32 bit folder of Windows. I also don’t know why it should be 64 bit as long as it run. Why should it? What does it matter?

Hello.

The MCC is both 32 and 64 bits. The installer contains both versions of the software and installs the right version depending of your machine.
Both version are installed in the “Program Files x86” tho.

Please note that we may remove the 32b support at some point.
When we will do this change, we will probably fix the installation directory at the same time.

Cheers !

Thanks Tim,

That is an odd thing and may explain a few quirks (same folder)

Thanks for clearing that … up. Its always good to keep things tidy.

Cheers,

Does the installer work on Mac Snow leopard?

I’m pretty sure it don’t.

We currently support Mac OSX 10.10 (Yosemite) and superior. So Snow Leopard is not in our supported versions.

I didn’t try it so I can’t be sure but that’s probably a no.

I’m even a bit surprised that you still have a machine on Snow Leopard which is more than 15 years old.
