When Did Arturia Last Respond Here?

I feel like Arturia is just ignoring us KSP users. Lot’s of feature requests and bug reports and such, but no responses that I can see from Arturia.
They don’t care. They got our money. Pretty sure at this point they’ve written off and dropped the KSP.
I enjoy using it, 100%. don’t regret my purchase. But I am EXCEEDINGLY disappointed with Arturia’s treatment of the KSP and seeming abandonment of it within only a couple years.
But I don’t think I’ll be buying anything else from Arturia. Ever again.
I have V Collection 8, and the things they’ve been adding to newer versions are just crap. Absolute crap. Those sample-based … Things … Have NO PLACE being in V Collection. Which has always stood for emulations of classic synths.
Arturia is falling down, bigly.

Arturia do not post here. This is a user forum.

I can understand your frustrations as I feel similarly about Spark.

The V in V Collection stands for Virtual and not Vintage if I remember. The re-engineering of synths such as Minimoog, Prophet and CS80 in later collections, as well as the inclusion of Minifreak and Acid V are signs that the Collection is moving forwards with both old and new offerings. I was also a little put off by the inclusion of the Augmented series but, having spent some time with them, see that they have a place there. Yes, they are sample based but so are the Emulator, CMI and even Mellotron. To my mind. the Augmented series does a good job of transcending the traditional sample based approach.

In the end, you, the consumer have the last word…

The Spark … Don’t even get me started about the Spark LOL
I was part of the group that pushed hard to get that last update, and helped beta test it. I’ve got the CDM controller. I still love it and use it, but it coulda been SOOOO much … yeah.
I did forget about the recent Acid V, and that’s cool. But I can pick up a hardware Behringer clone quite cheap – of course, not with additional software abilities. But they really haven’t been adding much with each iteration. It used to be a few years between new V Collection version, but now it seems like they feel need to push a new version out every year. I dunno.

I guess then I miss the old forums where, albeit rarely, company people would respond and react to user posts.
so feature requests etc are pretty pointless I reckon

Feature requests are picked up by the Moderator/Admins and passed on to Arturia. Whether it was luck or timing, I dont know, but one of my own for Pigments was introduced.

I used to say this a lot on the old forum but worth saying again, IMO they now have far too many products and product lines for a small company. It’s inevitable that every customer at some point is going to feel neglected no matter what they’ve bought, because Arturia are juggling too many balls with their interests focussed on what next big thing they should launch.

An Arturia employee has been posting recently (including today) on this thread:

It does happen, albeit rarely. It isn’t really the purpose of these forums. If you want to contact Arturia, the best way is via raising a support request. I know people have reported slow response times and other bad experiences here, but I’ve always had pretty good experiences with Arturia’s support team.
