After the last update, this feature appeared. But I don’t understand what she’s doing. There is no information about this in the latest version of the manual. Has anyone figured out what it is and why?

It’s a feature to use screen reader/ text to speech. It’s meant for sight impaired.
FYI: You can read about it in the release notes in ASC. It came in Solina V with version 2.11.0.
