What are the sound banks of the store that you use in your compositions?

Hello everyone,

it is not always easy to form an objective opinion on the merits of an investment of a bank.
Know if at least 70% of the content will be in the image of what we are looking for, or at best to discover the different use through a setting for which we would not have thought.

For my part it is not laziness to enter the entrails of an instrument, to dissect the sounds at the risk of getting tangled up so that it results in an inaudible sound, many know how to do it better than me.

They all have a different direction musically and the sounds used in different contexts, but the one used for pop, house or classical can be found in film music or others.

My curiosity also makes me like to know the inspirations and the elements that are different from my relationship to music, it’s a way to invest myself a little more as a musician than a simple amateur.

Thank you for taking your time.

Hello everyone.
Well it’s true I waited a few months to take advantage of a possible discount on the sound banks (I apologize to those who contribute to their designs) but finances at my level oblige.

In short I invested in three banks that had a privileged place for my preset library, and there I was not disappointed, to speak for the moment of those proposed by Davide Puxeddu “Oppenheimer Tribute”.

To tell the truth already under the selection of some instruments proposed the atmosphere had somewhat stimulated my desire to discover the sum of some 64 presets.

Well it is a real pleasure to browse not only the originality of some and a superb musical approach of which I hope to have the sensitivity and the musical relevance to highlight them during my next compositions.

Hats off to Davide for your precious sound research and the result for me is part of the best Banks with 99% of presets that seduced me musically.

Best regards.

Hello everyone,

I just took advantage of the 50% discount (assuming there’s no tax increase, given what’s going on today  ) to add a new Bank to my preset library.

To be honest, I collect with the clear intention of using them (a bit like screws and bolts, hoping to one day replace the ones I need), but also for the pleasure of new sounds that will tickle my synapses and give my neurons a boost.

I found “White Dragon” by chance, which often works well, to reinforce the purchase of the latest addition to the Augmented family, “Yangtze.”

To be honest , I patiently waited for the nice little discount to acquire:
Folkloric Strings
Oppenheimer Tribute (mentioned above)
Miami Run.

All that’s left is to work on a new project once my back is fixed, but hey, it could be worse.

Have a nice day everyone.

Hi Pascal,

I was temped by Folkloric Strings but I’m in a Dark phase having nothing to do with the US trade war. It’s far more than a trade war.

A friend of mine likes EBM and Darkwave. I was surprised to see that Darkware band VNV Nation is a completely synth band (two synths, an electronic drum).
So I bought Future Chaos and Undertaker EBM in the Darkwave genre. Strangely, I didn’t find the Darkwave or the Burial Tribute bank interesting.

On the lighter side, Technicolor vol.1 by Davide Puxeddu. and Progressive Melodic.
