Yes I am am having the exact same issue. I have tried logging in a few times throughout the day. I can log in here https://www.arturia.com/login and see the crossgrade offer but when I click the offer to buy it I am signed out and the full price is shown, then I get the error when I try to login in again.
Hi all, just checked here myself. In The UK, and all appears to be just as it should be.
Possibly a local issue closer to your locations or, something which has been resolved overnight?
