a request for tech assistance was placed Saturday night.
since then i have solved my problem. when i looked for the spot to void a tech request i have not been able to find. can someone help?

I think the best course would be to log into your account and contact Arturia Support, give them your support ticket number and ask them to cancel it.

looks like that’s what Arturia was looking to see as they merged my original request into my request to cancel request & canceled both.
