I like Native’s world collection for their didactic value (scales and phrases).
Phrases are from Native Middle East Ney.
I had to cut all modulation and set the volume of both. I added a bit of reverb on Native Ney.
Native Ney still has some ornaments though mode Wheel is off.

Both sound pleasant, though I think I prefer the one on top. Though if other instruments were playing on the recordings also, I might change my mind. Thank you for sharing. Perhaps you heard NI was struggling financially, and I believe some other company bought them out. Perhaps you can check out my latest thread that I will soon post.
