Nice ! I don’t really see why you would tear down a Minifreak, but it’s nice to see it thank you 
I think the x6 pattern on your last picture is the analog filter for the 6 voices, which is one reason why the Minifreak is not so cheap compared to 100% digital synths.
This analog filter is something often overlooked on those synth.
