Sync to DAW timing issue

New Keystep37 user here.
When synced to Live, playing Sequences / Arpeggios in Keystep37 is quite off-beat.

(Notes should be on the one)
Can this be improved somehow?
OS: Win 10
DAW: Abelton Live 11.3.4

Thanks to Arturia support the issue was solved.
The sync problem is related to the latency setting of the audio card; minimizing its latency setting results in tighter synchronization.
