Support luck

Has anyone had luck with support? Is Daniel on support a bot?

Long story short, I sent my keyboard in after only a few days of playing with it at their request for strange behavior. They said they’d replace and ship it out asap as the main processor was messed up. That was over a month ago and every query is responded to with ’we’re looking into it, get back to you in a few days’. In short summary, I started with a keyboard with a malfunctioning sequencer, barely used it or even had it, now I’m out the money I paid for it and don’t have a keyboard. It’s unfortunate that this keyboard seems to be the best at multi sequenced Cv. :sob:

It’s been my experience that Arturia’s CS has been stellar, if a bit slow to respond to the first message, so I’m sorry that you’ve not had the same experience with them.

You’re right that the KeyStep Pro is basically the best out there in its category… You say it’s been “over a month” since they said they’d send out a replacement. Do you mean like a couple (or a few months), or a few days over a month? I only ask because depending on where you live (ie: America), the delay may be at your border and not with Arturia. That said, I would expect CS to send you a tracking number or something.
