firstly , very disappointed with the lack of control with this device & one of the biggest manufacturers in the Sound / Music Production Space in Arturia , despite having protocols in place for use with Studio One.
My issue like many was getting the Keys to work while having functioning Transport Controls.
in short to get BOTH functioning I had to
- add new midi keyboard (fill in details)
- receive from Keylab MK3 Midi (send to is irrelevant)
- On the Keyboard itself set DAW protocol to Studio One
- add new Midi Controller (again)
- select Mackie control
- Receive from Keylab MK3 DAW
Now the keys operate as expected , as do the pads , encoders & faders but you will now have functioning Transport controls

You Should have x2 Midi Controllers on your MiDi external Devices screen
