Spring Noise

Hello,

There one key of my keystep pro that has a noticeable spring noise when pressing the key. Is there anything I can do about it?

A similar question seems to have been asked on the old forum, but without any answer (see Spring Noise)

Hi @sam0sam

If your unit is still in warranty, you could contact the seller and perhaps ask for an exchange to a different unit.
If not then perhaps log in to your account to contact our support team to see if they can help in this situation.
