Song with Acid-V and Pigments 5 to check out!

I put a new song in my music website called “From This Fate” (it is the song on top): it has Acid-V, Pigments 5, and some non-Arturia synths. Please tell me how you like the music and how it can be improved, and I will return the favor (leave me a link). Here is my link:

Hello @aaron_aardvark ,
excellent I would have liked to do in this style if I did not decide to continue in Cinematographic Orchestration.
A beautiful journey in any case a mixture of musical styles, perfect. Musical Friendship of Brittany.

Just listening now…
The intro, pre drums, reminds me A LOT of Kraftwerk.

There’s that Fad Gadget vibe again when your vocals kick in, instrumentation wise too actually. The bridge reminds me of Kraftwork again too… The guitar section reminds me of someone i can’t quite put my finger on at the moment, Kula Shaker springs to mind but it’s not them…
Some interesting ideas with the drums, nice to see someone going further than the usual ‘straight 4’ or ‘boom tst boom tst’ many people do.

I think it’s one of your better tracks personally, but that’s possibly because it has quite a few elements of stuff that i grew up with personally.

:+1: :sunglasses: :+1:

PascalH_59,
Thank you for listening and commenting, I appreciate it! Are you doing Cinematographic Orchestration as a hobby or as a career? I liked your “Moving Toast” and “Reflet d’une Lune éphémère AOUT 2023” songs. The second song reminded me of Pink Floyd (a compliment).

matjones,
Thank you for checking out my song and commenting! I like all of the groups you mentioned. Are you from a particular state or country? Just curious.

Hello @aaron_aardvark , it’s a little more than a hobby, although it will never be just an unfulfilled passion.
When more than 40 years ago we had hoped with some friends to make a fantasy film, music was certainly what would have been easiest for me to set up.
But life too often disperses individuals and their common projections.
Thank you for your compliments because if it can pay tribute to all these groups and musicians who made me travel musically, it is with great pleasure and great humility that I receive your view on my modest music.
Thank you in any case for your friendship and your sharing.
Friendship from my deep Brittany.
PascalH.

I’m from The UK mate, so am pretty familiar with those artists as they all hail from here too… i’m also incredibly old now as well

PascalH_59 and matjones,
Thank you for the replies! And for the record, I am only amazingly old, as opposed to incredibly old.
