Some presets from Orchestral Waves Sound Bank have no sound

I have the full version of Analog Lab Pro and purchased the Orchestral Waves sound bank. A few presets have no sound when I hit my keys.

Is there someone who also bought this sound bank and came across the same issue? I’m also interested to know, if someone else figured it out, there is one particular sound in the one of the demos which I cannot seem to find, unless it is one of those sounds which is not playing for me. I am referring to the sound played on the secxond half of the sample named Sirens - Muwokis on the left hand side of the product page. If anyone can point me to the correct preset I would be very grateful. I went through all the sounds twice but cannot seem to find that particular sound. As I said I am now suspecting it is one of the sounds which are not playing for me.

Sorry to hear this is happening for you, did you download it from ASC or from your account via a browser?
Have you synchronised ASC since installing the preset pack?
If you downloaded it from ASC, you’ve also sync’d ASC, and it’s still not working, can you try downloading it from your account on the Arturia website, install it and then sync ASC please.

IF after that, it’s still not working, i’d suggest logging into your account to contact Arturia Support, who should be able to help you resolve the issue.

Hello @kgkrush , is this just on your MIDI keyboard or on the Analog Lab one as well? Some presets work on the virtual keyboard but not on my Roland.

Hi @matjones , I purchased it from my account in the Sounds section of Arturia website, then downloaded it from the Analog Lab interface.

I will try synchronising it as you said, don’t think I ever did that with any of the packs I purchased in the past, and see how it goes.

Hi @PascalH_HSMR_CIWA, yeah both Analog Lab’s on screen keyboard and my MIDI controller, which is the Arturia Keylab Mk3.

I will try syncing ASC as @matjones suggested and update this post.
