[Solved] How do I calibrate expression pedal to go from 0 to 100% volume?

This has to be an easy fix that I’m somehow missing. My expression pedal is assigned correctly on various organ patches to control volume but it does not take it down to complete silence. I know I need to calibrate it in Analog Lab, but where do I do that?

I’m only seeing the Expression Destination options in the AL controls panel and all the current MIDI settings show 0.00 for minimum and 1.00 for maximum.

Solved my own problem thanks to a tip on the AstroLab Facebook group. In more than two years of use, I never noticed the knob on my expression pedal to set the minimum volume.

Been a while since I felt this dumb!

Great to see you managed to fix your issue.

You’re not using a Moog expression pedal by any chance?

I’ve found i have to adjust the range knob on the side of it quite often when using it with different devices, quite handy though.

No need to feel dumb, we all do things like this from time to time, and it’s part and parcel of getting to know your gear properly. :sunglasses:
