i’ve got Tape Mello-Fi. it’s not working anymore - needs reactivation (even though in my account on Arturia.com, it’s activated to my computer)…
getting an ERROR 01 message when try to put my login info in the plugin itself. and Arturia Software Center won’t connect either (have updated and made sure Mac’s security settings allow as instructed).
was like this a week ago and waited it out, but still same thing.
support ticket has been not been answered.
how to get my plugin working properly again considering neither Software Center nor the plugin itself will connect to Arturia’s server??
I understand you unfortunately can’t log into ASC.

Have you got a confirmation mail from Arturia support? You should.
Please keep in mind that Arturia support probably do not reply in weekends and hollidays.
EDIT: In case you can log into ASC, then you can try to deactivate your product and then activate it again. EDIT END.
weird… i turned on that ‘login items’ security requirement a few days ago when trying to troubleshoot and it didn’t work; though just tried it again now and worked right away.
