I have a studio where I can’t have the PB right in front of me; so I really love the DAW control (and automation via the DAW) that I can achieve via Connect. I have tried many synths over the years and it’s not as common to see an editor/controller plugin, let alone one that exposes so much functionality and works as well as it does.
So just a shout out to the team, it makes playing the PB that much more interesting!

Interesting. I have not been able to use Connect. Whether I tried on my Android phone or my iPad, I got the same result every time. It would tell me it was connecting, get to 12%, hang up for a while, and then state it lost communication, despite the fact that those devices were literally lying on the surface of the AstroLab. This would happen whether I used my home network or the AstroLab hot spot.
Requests for help from Arturia confirmed that I was not alone, and that they were working on it.
To be fair, I gave up on that months ago and have not tried again recently. Perhaps the folks at Arturia have made it functional while I wasn’t paying attention.
Please let us know what product (android or iPad) you’re able to use Connect on, and whether you had any issues with connection that you were able to solve. I know I’m not the only user who truly wants to be able to use the Connect software.
Thanks in advance.
Hi.
OP was talking about PolyBrute Connect, the software that drives PolyBrute 6 and 12.
You are talking about Arturia Connect, mobile application to control an AstroLab.
That’s two very different things.
Cheers !

Thanks for the clarification. Too much wishful thinking on my part.
