I am thinking about replacing my current audio interface, that’s giving me some issues. I am considering the minifuse 4 and i was wondering if it is possible to directly route the two line inputs to my monitors, as i would like to listen to my record player via the monitors. An alternative would be putting a monitor controller between my audio interface and speakers, but i’d prefer to only have a single device. I am unsure if the direct monitoring will work for not only the headphones, but also the speakers.

Yes you can.
The MiniFuse 4 do have 3 internals no-latency mixers, where one can route only the inputs if he wants to.
Ok, this is not really direct monitoring as the signal is going in and out of a mixer, but as it does not induce any latency, it will works well for your usecase.
