I have a Keylab mk3 88, my first Arlturia product. When using it with Logic, I turn the encoder clockwise and intuitively expect it to travel “up” in track selection in the Logic display, but it moves down. Similarly, when I turn it counter-clockwise I expect it to move down but it goes up.
Is there a way to reverse the default up/down motion of the encoder?
Before trying to to reverse the behavior:
Have you set the Keylab up in Logic following this guide?
Does it behave the same in standalone Analog Lab?
Yes, it is correctly installed, as indicated in the video.
Yes, turning the knob clock-wise moves the on-screen selection down in both Logic and Analog Lab V. I assume this is the intended modality. I would like to reverse that because I am in the minority that find this counter-intuitive.
Do you know of a way to reverse this?

I have a Keylab MKII. For me, it doesn’t scroll thru tracks in Logic using the large jogwheel. It does scroll like yours when selecting a patch in an Analog Lab for example.
I had a look in the MCC and could not see an option to change it. Maybe there is a way but, unless someone here knows how, I think you will have to log a technical support request with Arturia.
