I bought an Arturia Key lab 61 essential controller, from a store that sells used products. I created an account and when I went to register I couldn’t. an error message appears. Please help me so I can make one of the available software.

Ah! it might be that the KLE you purchased hasn’t been de-registered by the original owner.
