Recording is too quiet after installing webcam's software

Hello, I’ve got a mic (CM1), a sound card (audio interface MiniFuse 2) and headphones (EF1) from Arturia Recording Pack and it worked really fine until I’ve installed a webcam “Insta360 Link 2C” and installed Insta 360 Link Controller (webcam software). Now my voice from my mic is too quiet which didn’t happen before.

I guess the webcam app took control over the sound and changed ASIO-drivers which were used by the sound card.

I’m trying to record in Windows Sound Recorder, Telegram, OBS and other programs and everywhere it’s too quiet. When I opened Abletone firstly I noticed that my driver has been changed from Minifuse ASIO Driver to MME/DirectX. When I change it back to Minifuse ASIO Driver it records fine, but only in Abletone. In all other programs it’s all still too quiet.

I tried to uninstall almost all Windows audio drivers via Device Manager and DriverStoreExplorer, removed Insta 360 Link Controller (webcam Windows app) and reinstalled Minifuse ASIO Driver but it didn’t help. I’ve also tried using EqualizerAPO+Peace to add some volume, but it creates much noise.

Is there a way to solve the problem instead of reinstalling Windows? May be there is a way to re-assign a default sound driver in Windows? Or delete MME/DirectX somehow? Thank you!

Have you tried installing and using the Minifuse Control Center to check your settings? And also pressing on the guitar button (Instrument) to boost your mic input signal?

Yes, it doesn’t change anything. I’ve reinstalled Minifuse Control Center and Arturia Minifuse Audio Driver. No difference
