Hi Friends, my good old MicroFreak suffered a sudden unexpected death right now. I don‘t now how that happened. I made some music yesterday (just 2 or 3 hours) and switched it off as I usually do by hitting the tiny switch in the back to „off“. So far, so good. Today it did not start again. No reaction at all, everything completely dead. I checked different cables, power banks and usb connections on different computers, all without succes. Nix, nada niente, ripen, nothing. And, of course, I sent the switch to on… any ideas what could have been the reason for this sad incident?

It sounds like you’ve exhausted most of the possible external factors here.
How old is your unit?
If it’s still under warranty and you purchased it from new, you should contact the seller for a possible replacement or repair.
If it’s out of warranty, it may be worth you logging in to your account to contact our support team that will help you to fix this situation.
