I’m sorry to ear about your issue.
Did you use the driver that was embedded in this MFCC version ?
It sounds like a driver issue to me, so I would need to be sure you tried the driver from the 1.1.1 version because we did a pretty big driver change in the latest MFCC.
It should be the MiniFuse ASIO Driver v1.2.0
(The driver shipped with the latest MFCC is the v1.3.2)

i have exactly the same problem.
device: minifuse 1 + audiotechnica microphone
os: windows 11 latest update
after installing latest MFCC + ASIO driver
the microphone is so quite in windows (very different from director monitor or loopback)
when plugging in the minifuse 1 for the first time without installing MFCC and ASIO driver
everything works fine
and minifuse is very loud.
but now i can barely hear myself even the microphone gain is at the maximum
(i have to get to 1cm approximity to my microphone)
