Pitch / Mod wheels not responding

They don’t respond to my Keylab 61 Essential Mk2 Pitch and Mod wheels when using I have tried with the Analog Lab and the DAW maps. Cubase Elements 15, Windows 11.

Hi @RalphNT. Welcome back.

Does’nt the wheels move on the GUI?
If they do, then it’s not about the setup. If not, then it look like a setup issue.

Do you have the same issue, if you run the instruments in standalone mode outside your DAW/ a host?
If not then check, if you have filtered this functionality out in your Cubase controller setup, Check if the setup is correct.

Do you have the issue when using User maps and mode?
If not, then be sure you have chosen the correct controller setting and midi config in the right panels of the instruments.

Hardware issues can at this point not be ruled out either.

Thanks for speedy reply. Copilot has just informed me that this is a known bug in Cubase 15 and both you (Arturia) and Steinberg are aware of it. I will just do the Mini V parts in Cubase 13 instead.

FYI: I’m not an Arturia emplyee. I’m just an external moderator. A user like you.
I don’t use cubase. But it sound like something have changed in cubase 15.
Mini V3 is a legacy product now.

Do you have the issue in Analog Lab with presets from all applications? I imagine even Mini V3 presets should work in Analog Lab, even if there should be issues using Mini V3.
