As far as upgrading, does the upgrade just install right over Pigments 5, or will Pigments 6 install into a separate folder? So in that case I would have 5 and 6 separately on the same machine?
Or should I uninstall 5 first before upgrading to 6?

I don’t remember the options it offers in the Windows installer, but typically the install will overwrite version 5 with version 6. You will only have the latest installed.
Hi, you don’t need to uninstall Pigments 5, it will overwrite the program as well as the Factory bank. If there are presets you want to save and backup before upgrading, save them as “User” presets (User bank), and they won’t get overwritten.
