Well @francoise we are totally in a Persian Free Jazz,
I think Frank Zappa would have totally loved it.
Thank you for this excellent listening.

Just listening now…
Persian Jazz Flavor… i’m sat clicking my fingers, with a Gauloises lit, my Breton shirt and beret on, with a glass of absinthe and a copy of ‘On The Road’ too!(figuratively of course lol)
The Stage V sounds particularly nice!

Excellent work!!!

Be careful with absinthe! I once drank a swiss equivalent. ANd smoke Gauloise in my long past existentialist youth.

I presume Zappa listened to all kind of music. Did’nt he speak to Edgar Varèse? He conducted at least one of his pieces (Ionisation).

Every generation is a lost generation (Gertrude Stein).
As for life, you get the user’s manual at the end.
I’m waiting for the Persia manual.

Hi Françoise! Thanks for sharing your music, glad you’re enjoying Persia.

You’re right it seems that the Augmented Series manual has not been updated on the website! We are looking into this right now.

(There is only 1 common manual for the Augmented Series btw. We just have to update it with new credits and feature information)

Thank you, Lily,

I was curious to see if there were new features.
The sampling of Persian instruments is extraordinary.
