Oxygen 49 Pitch wheel issues

Hi Guys.
Today I received an Oxygen 49 keyboard with the pitch bend control wheel not working as it should. After tuning it up or down, it won’t return to its initial position at first. I have to pull it down and let go for it to jump to the initial tone. When I move it up and let go it still stays out of tune.
This also happens when I give it a small perpendicular push. It detunes about half a semitone below the normal.
Has anyone seen this before?

This is a Arturia forum.
keylab-essential-49-mk3 is a Arturia controller. Oxygene 49 is a M-Audio controller.

To me it sounds like a broken Pitch Bend wheel.
I suggest you return the controller.

You can also ask in a M-Audio forum and M-Auido support if there is a setting for the wheel that give this behavior, or if it’s how it works.
