Only black keys working - Analog Experience The Laboratory - 49 Key

Hi! I just bought an Arturia Analog Experience The Laboratory - 49 Key, but only the black keys are working.

Specifically, when I use a MIDI monitor, only the black keys produce inputs. I’ve tried factory resetting it with no luck or success - does anyone have any idea what’s going on with this?

Also, I apologize for posting this here, but the Analog Experience forum doesn’t seem to be around anymore.

That’s a shame.

It’s a legacy product. The forum is in the Legacy section of the forum.
The controller can be defect. Did you try it out?
