Nothing works on pc screen

I’ve just bought the PB12 and loving it, but the software apps not quite so . All the apps, Connect,Play etc come up on the computer screen but none of the buttons work, neither and any of the sliders, nothing. If I click something then refresh the screen the new sounds appear but the buttons and sliders still do nothing. No matter what I click on the monitor screen nothing works.

The usb is a usb-b direct to the computer, 2mtr cable brand new, no hubs.

It’s really frustrating to see the apps but can’t get them to sync with the PB.

Help anyone?

Hello.

PolyBrute Connect uses MIDI to communicate with the synth. So depending of your use case, the configuration may differ.

Are you using PolyBrute Connect in a DAW or in standalone ?
If not already done, I suggest you to read the PolyBrute Connect FAQ.
It contains quite a lot of information about DAWs setup to properly work with Connect.
