No Sleep w/ driver 1.4.1.0

This past week Midi Control Center was updated on my computer and I recall seeing the MIDI driver get installed in the process. Ever sine then, my keylab essential mk3 no longer enters sleep mode. I performed a factory reset of the controller but that did not solve the issue. Has anyone else seen this behavior recently?

Edit: I noticed the driver available on the website is 1.4.0.0 so I uninstalled and and then installed the older driver. This did not help either.

It has been too long so I cant update the original post but here is an update.

I tried connecting it to both a windows and Mac computer and the problem persisted on both. Later I tried reinstalling firmware and the problem still persisted. Then yesterday I noticed that it had gone to sleep.

About the only thing I did differently was I disconnected the MIDI cable from it and reconnected it to a different device. I reverted that change but cannot get back into the problematic state. My best guess is that having the MIDI cable connected kept it awake for some reason, however this seems unlikely since the MIDI connection is an out only. The device it was connected to was turned off the entire time I experienced the issue so perhaps it was attempting to drive a line high that the other device gounded and caused higher than expected current draw that kept it awake. If I am able to reproduce the issue, the first thing I will try is to disconnect MIDI to see if that does have any impact.
