No image for new instruments

Since the release of V-Collection 11, I noticed that my Keylab MK3 does not show an image for any of the newly added synths like JUP-8000 V. Instead it just shows the Arturia logo.

Should I just wait for a firmware update or is there something I can do to fix this?

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

Do you have the same issue using those synths as standalone or as a plugin within a DAW?

Do yo have the same issue with them accessed via Analog Lab?

Have you checked to see if there is an outstanding update to Analog Lab in the ASC?

I am not sure a firmware update of the Keylab would cause the issue, but again, I would ensure it is up to date now.

Thank you for replying. I indeed have this issue both in standalone and in a DAW, and also in Analog Lab. Everything in ASC is up-to-date.
This is only with the newly added synths from V-Collection 11. No issues with the older ones.

Ok. This may be by design and awaiting an update. I only have a mk2 so cannot test. Perhaps others here will chip in and confirm that’s the way it is for now.

Same Here. No Image shown for Jup8000 on KL Mk3 display. Arturia logo only.

The issue still remains, even after the recent 1.2.0 firmware update. I’m kinda disappointed in Arturia because of this. The AstroLab seems to get all the attention now.

Actually, KL3 update 1.2.0 does include the instrument images for Jup-8000V, Pure LoFi, SEM V3 and Augmented Mallets, but these images will only be displayed after an upcoming update of Analog Lab and these V-Collection instruments.
