I know this is not the augmented forum but no one seems to comment on there. I have no screen showing any details for augmented voices. It has been like this for months.

Have you tried un/reinstalling it FULLY?
You should include the following (after you’ve backed up any presets of your own you wish to keep).
C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Augmented VOICES
C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Presets\Augmented VOICES
Also delete the file C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Presets\Augmented VOICES\db.db3
C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Samples\Augmented VOICES
And don’t forget any plugin versions that will be in the plugin folders you have specified.
Restart your machine and reinstall Agumented VOICES.

No I haven’t but now you make me wonder if I installed it fully the first time. Thanks for helping, let me try your suggestions. (editted) So i just checked my orders online and it does not show me ever purchasing the voices, just the augmented brass on my orders. Yet on my DAW drop down menu of instruments, it shows brass, voices and strings, yet my orders only shows the brass. That is so strange. I think I have to buy it again, i don’t know if it was a package deal or what.
I looked on my Arturia folder and I do see that I have Voices on there already, when I click the folder this is what I see. So it’s on my computer and I can open it up, it just does not show the details if I open it up in the DAW.
Sorry for the confusion here. so it looks like it was purchased but never activated. i had to download the ASC software center to see the programs, and voices was there but not activated. So for anyone in the future with this issue, you have to download the ASC and activate it.

Yep it can be hard to keep track if you have a lot of plugins on your system, that’s one of the advantages of using the ASC though.
