is there a NKS export tool for arturia plugins? I’ve seen NKS support in the videos, so I wonder how to create these NKS presets then?

All Arturias factory presets also come as NKS files.
If you have other presets that’s not NKS, then you as a user can open them in the Komplete Kontrol software and save them as NKS from there one by one.
NKS is a Native Instruments (NI) format for their own controllers. NI have not offered a way to create multiple NKS files from presets in other formats at the same time. I suggest you ask NI for such an option.
EDIT: Only Arturias full applications have pre made NKS files . Analog Lab has’nt. EDIT END
